Demola Adedoyin is the CEO and Lead Brand Activation Agent in charge of strategy/planning of the agency service delivery apparatus. An alumnus of Unilever Marketing Academy, he had his early career grooming in the local affiliates of Leo Burnett and Saatchi & Saatchi where he handled brands such as Pampers, Ariel, Guinness, PZ, Dunlop, UAC, Bournvita amongst other, after tutelage at Novitas.
He was later recruited into the Unilever Central Africa business where he held managerial positions in Brand Support, heading the communication channel management function with core responsibility for Brand Marketing Planning, Investment Negotiations, Communications Channel Management and Third-Party Service Delivery Coordination.
He was a member of the global media team. A staunch industry champion, he served on the leadership team of the Advertiser’s Association of Nigeria for three terms. He was a member of APCON’s special committee on media debt issues.
A graduate of mass communication, also holds an MBA in Marketing Management from the Lagos State University. He has attended several Ivy League specialized training programmes. He has a wealth of experience in the public sector; he attended an In-house training at the National Institute Of Policies and Strategic Studies (NIPPS) Kuru, Jos.
He plays Golf and likes to get his hands dirty at planning and implementation stages.
